Michelle Zimmer
Michelle lives her life following her curiosities and exploring her passions. Yoga became one of these passions following her first Hot 26 class in 2015. From that moment on, her journey exploring the world of yoga began. In 2021, she attended yoga training in Montezuma, Costa Rica, earning her 200 RYT through Four Directions School of Yoga. Although the majority of her practice as a yoga student consisted of Hot 26, she received her training in Vinyasa, looking to further expand her knowledge and understanding of yoga asana. Continuing to build upon her yoga training and practices, in 2022, Michelle became Reiki level 1 and 2 certified, while spending her summer in Ubud, Bali.
As a yoga teacher, Michelle is excited to pull upon her years of experience practicing Hot 26, while also incorporating the knowledge learned through her Vinyasa training.
Finding balance on and off her yoga mat, Michelle enjoys traveling the world, hiking and laughing with friends when not immersed in her positions as an Intervention Specialist in the public schools and an Event Coordinator at a local summer camp.
