I believe in our ability to heal our whole being physically, emotionally, spiritually and energetically. This healing can accelerate while working in equal partnership together, client and practitioner, with heart-centered, intuitive and intentional touch. For many years, I suffered from a very painful, very mysterious debilitating chronic illness that left me unable to participate in the life that I once loved. It was through consistent practice of massage therapy combined with a few other somatic healing modalities that I found my way to a new improved joyful life.
I am grateful to have attended and graduated from Shala Worsley’s 675 Hour Massage Program at The Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2019. It quite literally saved my life. Presently, I practice heart-centered, client informed, integrative massage. My techniques are mainly influenced by myofascial, trigger point, deep tissue, swedish and my study of yoga. Presently, I am studying Thai Table Yoga Massage with Living Metta in Arizona. I look forward to sharing this with my clientele soon. Three cheers to the healing power of touch!!!
