Kelly Flowers
Kelly Flowers is an RYT-500 yoga teacher that specializes in creating meditative and mindful classes through movement and stillness. Kelly has been practicing her own Sadhana for over a decade and felt the calling to teach back in 2020.
Kelly is a YAM Yoga School graduate of 2023 and went on to further her training with BodSphere Yoga School – completing her YTT-300 in early 2024. Her studies focused on the philosophies of the Upanishads, the teachings of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, and the lessons in the Bhagavad Gita. Kelly is also certified in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing.
Threading the 8 limbs of yoga in all of her classes, Kelly cultivates a space to become present with one’s self, deepen one’s own yogic practice, and allow for physical and inner healing to happen. Being a musician of almost 20 years, Kelly brings elements of sound to every class, whether it is her singing bowls or her tongue drum. Allowing for a different modality to foster healing through her students.
Kelly firmly believes that anyone and everyone can practice yoga. Whether you are brand new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner, she would love to co-create these experiences with you.
“Do not act as if you had ten thousand years to throw away. Death stands at your elbow. Be good for something while you live – it is in your power.”
