Joy Coe
Joy combines her love for teaching and 30 years of experience with her passion for the hot room. She began her Hot 26 practice in 2015. Hot yoga has helped her regain fitness and strength after giving birth to and raising her 5 children. It also restored flexibility and mobility in both injured shoulders. She finds Hot 26 to be a wonderful mental and emotional reset that helps balance out the stressors and demands of daily life, and is excited to help facilitate that for others.
Joy has lived in the Hendersonville area for 5 years with her husband and children, who can also occasionally be seen in the hot room themselves! She also teaches art and Latin at a local school.
