Joslyn Kelly
Joslyn studied Vinyasa based yoga and received her YTT-200 with My Vinyasa Practice in 2021. With a focus in trauma informed yoga practices, Joslyn’s classes guide students through connection to themselves, the earth and each other. Through breath work, grounding practices and subtle intentional movement Joslyn’s goal is to create a warm, welcoming space in which students can soothe their nervous system through movement to go deeper in to their innate wholeness. When she’s not teaching you can find her playing with flowers, hiking or cuddling her pups. She looks forward to getting to know and grow with you.
