As a competitive gymnast for 14 years, sports massage was part of my training regimen, sparking my interest at an early age in the benefits of bodywork. In the last 10 years, I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in exercise science at ASU, with a research focus on the psychology of movement, and finished massage school at Caldwell Community College in Boone, NC. As a massage therapist, I enjoy working with clients experiencing chronic pain, especially around the neck, back, and legs. I like to incorporate techniques from Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping, and Thai massage. I recognize the importance of healing touch for one’s physical, mental, and emotional health, and I strive to provide a safe space for clients to feel deeply relaxed during their treatments
