Anne Kasa
Anne completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training program with Breathe for Change in 2021. She immediately began teaching mindful yoga classes in the Chicagoland area until her recent move to Hendersonville, where she will continue leading yoga and wellness sessions. Anne has studied mindfulness and well-being while practicing yoga for over twenty years. She enjoys resting all she does in mindfulness and gratitude.
Anne’s mindfulness-based teaching style invites you to unwind and connect to the present moment without judgment through breathwork and short guided meditation sessions woven throughout the session. Each session will focus on creating and maintaining a centered connection to the mind, body, and breath as we flow through poses that promote strength, flexibility, and mobility. Step-by-step guidance, modifications, and variations will be offered throughout this session to support you in your practice. All props, especially blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets, are welcome and encouraged. Participants of all skill, fitness, and experience levels are invited to join her sessions.
