Her massage flow is customized to each individual.  It is similar to Esalen Massage. She uses techniques to move into your deeper muscles and gently bring awareness to your tension and holding patterns. In the past twenty-two years she holds a wide variety of modalities, such as: trauma-informed somatic therapy, jostling, passive joint movement, facilitated stretching, structural integration, acupressure, still point, quantum touch, neuromuscular therapy, reiki, myofascial release, sensory integration & trigger point therapy.
