I am a native of Asheville, but didn’t start to fully enjoy the Appalachia until I was 18. At this time I was introduced to the book “Be Here Now” by Ram Dass and subsequently yoga, meditation, and spending time in nature. My journey to becoming a massage therapist was greatly influenced by two separate trips to Peru in 2015 and 2017 where I worked with the local medicines of an indigenous community. It was on these journeys where I was shown the power of ancient “alternative” healing modalities as well as holding space for others. I finally found my way to the Center for Massage and Natural health where I graduated in November of 2019.
My style of massage is a blend of swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy to accommodate a wide range of needs.
Outside of massage I love spending time in nature, writing, practicing yoga and meditation, and running.
