Julia Ward
Julia is an RYT 550 and has loved yoga and meditation since 2010. These practices have been integral in supporting her journey through chronic migraines and Lyme disease and have left her with a deep, personal understanding of their potency. She is dedicated to guiding students on their own transformative path of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
Her down-to-earth teaching style creates a safe, nurturing space for individuals to connect with their bodies, cultivate inner resilience, and make space for the most vibrant version of themselves to blossom.
Julia’s Slow Flow classes offer a playful combination of creative asana and breathwork while her Flow and Meditate classes offer 30 minutes of movement followed by 30 minutes of beginner friendly, vipassana style meditation and guided visualizations. All bodies are welcome and modifications will be offered so you may honor your needs while exploring your edges.
