Ethan is a yoga instructor, breath coach, and strength and conditioning coach. He had struggled with chronic, low-level health issues, social anxieties, and other stress related issues. Then, he found yoga.
In his attempt to find out what made yoga so special, Ethan has traveled all across the country for workshops, trainings and retreats, read and reread anatomy and physiology textbooks, meditated for hundreds and hundreds of hours in silence, and journaled and thought extensively on the topic. All just to find out why a high-quality hour-long yoga session made him feel so dang good!
