Becca Berry
Throughout the years that Becca has practiced yoga, she has seen transformation in her life – on and off of the mat – and is passionate about sharing that journey with you. Yes, it has helped her to gain focus, flexibility, and strength, but it has also changed her perspective in the way that she sees herself and the people around her. Yoga has become her means to connect mind, body and soul and often uses her personal mat time to yoke with Christ.
Her beginner workshops and slow flow classes are based on empowering her students to step into their worthiness and belonging on and off their mat. If you don’t fit the typical yoga mold, her classes are for you. Becca invites you to come connect with the breath and move in a way that honors your body. You are welcome no matter what your flexibility, strength or experience looks like.
