Andrea Hill
Andrea is an RYT-200 yoga instructor and licensed clinical mental health counselor, as well as a wife and mom to seven. She specializes in creating trauma-sensitive practices that are both nurturing and accessible. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in somatic awareness based on the belief that the elements of yoga can play a transformative role in emotional and physical healing. Andrea’s evidence-based approach to practice helps to provide a safe space for students to reconnect with their bodies and find balance and empowerment, while cultivating peace and resilience. Her classes welcome all, no matter where they are on their unique journey.
