Brian is a passionate recent graduate of the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC. Having worked as a cook/chef for the last 22 years, Brian truly values everybody’s right to stay grounded in space.
Using guided breath work, Brian brings a truly integrative style to the table. Using Swedish relaxation techniques blended with therapeutic deep tissue and Trigger Point work, Brian will cater any session to any client.
Massage therapy has improved his overall well-being. He gives credit to this therapy for prolonging the longevity of his career as a chef.
Brian enjoys disc golf, golf, hiking, cooking, playing guitar, and reading.
